lovely hotel experience

onsite laundry helpful concierge convenient shuttle

I enjoyed the onsite coin laundry. It was helpful since my stay was midway through my trip to japan. the hotel offers a convenient free shuttle to the train station for day trips. cabs are accessible, and calling an uber is easy.

The rooms felt a bit dark, which might be a drawback who like brighter spaces, i think. laundry facilities are limited. There are only a few machines for the hotel's size. i used a nearby coin laundry instead. i think more machines would be beneficial.

Lovely hotel with great amenities!

The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was spacious with both a shower and a bathtub. I liked the coffee bar on the ground floor. I decided to skip breakfast and grab something from the bar instead.

The bed was very comfortable. I found the Italian restaurant onsite offered delicious food. I enjoyed the food. The location seemed convenient.

My room felt small for a 4-star hotel. The basin and mirror were oddly situated in the bedroom area. This layout was not ideal.

The rooftop bar had a GREAT atmosphere. Staff booked local taxis for us when we needed them.

I found the breakfast underwhelming. I wanted an omelette. It cost extra. This felt a bit unfair considering the fixed price.

slow lifts early closing

I thought the hotel would be amazing, but it missed the mark. the room lacked that special something. the lifts were slow and often full. I always had to wait. the rooftop bar closed early, i couldn't relax there after dinner. overall, the experience was underwhelming, i don't think i will return.

fresh items cab service restaurant reservations oat milk

i thought the on site bakery was so fresh. it had warm items from the oven. staff got us cabs. they also made restaurant reservations. it was easy to get to great restaurants. i liked the oat milk option. this was excellent to me.

lifts were a slight bother, seeming to take long for arriving, and sometimes even skipped my floor entirely. i just don't understand why it happens.

the buffet breakfast had awesome food, it was very nice. the lobby had a bakery. it also had a rooftop bar and grill. my picky husband loved it.

the rooftop patio was a great bonus for this place. a meditation room was available. the room was spacious and also comfortable. there was live music on weekends too.
